Five Guys

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Firstly, the host/cashier who took my order had a bad attitude, offered little to no help when I asked questions about the menu, and ended up overcharging me. Secondly, I watched an employee drop my fries on the floor and then place them in the bag. When I questioned him, he said he “gave me extra fries” instead. That’s not acceptable—just provide a fresh order, not food that was dropped. Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish and a strong reminder of why I usually avoid eating here. If possible, I would appreciate a manager contacting me regarding a refund. Approx 7:45pm 9/20/2025 Saturday Order#21

Immediately after eating my burger, I got a terrible terrible stomach ache. I’ve been eating Five Guys since I was like 12 and i’ve never gotten a stomach ache from a chain, except for this one. It may have been their grease, or maybe they didn’t clean their stove properly because my stomach is in pain. I do not recommend this location at all. Bun was soggy and meat had no flavor either.
