I'm Korean, I love Korean food and I understand to survive in a place like Round Rock you have to serve what the areas' majority demographic likes. But the food is just ok at best. The service was good, unfortunately the price you pay for the food you get makes this a place to skip. The H Mart food court has better food in complete honesty and you will pay less.

Our goal has always been to bring good Korean food to our community. We are grateful that many of our Korean customers, along with local guests and nearby companies, have enjoyed and supported our food, and many have become our regulars. That being said, we are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. When feedback only mentions that the food is “not worth the price” it is difficult for us to understand what specifically needs improvement. If you could kindly share which dishes you tried, it would help us greatly in making more meaningful improvements. We sincerely value all feedback and will continue working hard to provide even better Korean food. Once again, thank you for your review.
Found a piece of steel wool wire inside the beef ribs. I was lucky to pull it out of my mouth before swallowing, but it still cut my tongue. Extremely dangerous and absolutely unacceptable.

i do not like star at all but have to have one so i can leave the review. who put ground beef in bibimbob? suace test watery. This is not a Korean way food.

Just to share a little background , Bibimbap has many variations in Korea, and ground beef is actually one of the traditional toppings, along with assorted vegetables, egg, and sauce. We do have different options for customers who prefer different meats such as bulgogi, spicy pork or chicken. The sauce, called gochujang, can sometimes be served thicker or lighter depending on the recipe. We truly appreciate your perspective and will keep your comments in mind as we continue improving.
