I am hoping the owner of this store sees this and contacts me directly. I absolutely love Marcos Pizza, but today I had a very unpleasant customer service experience. Long story short, I was accused of stealing two pizzas by the manager, a lady who refused to give me her last name. She called me only to accuse me of stealing from them, and then hung up on me. Turns out the personnel misplaced my pizzas (which they were running late with by over 30 mins, btw). I will continue to buy Marcos Pizza, but definitely NOT from this location. If you own this franchise and are reading this, I’ll be happy to provide the manager’s name privately. Thanks in advance!

We have been ordering from marcos for a few years, it use to be our favorite spot. But over the last 6 months or so the service is worse and worse. Tonight being the worst yet. Ordered at 629pm. We live 6 min, with traffic and 1 light away. At 740pm I finally called to check what the issue was. The guy was kind enough, but explained oh, my driver is out with 3 orders and you're his last but hes on the way. I asked, when did my food leave the store? He said. 34 min ago, it's about 9 minutes away. Which turned into almost 15 minutes. He then acknowledged, the driver went the wrong route, you should have been 2nd on his route, but he messed up. Say the least, we got cold, hard pizza and hour and a half later. With 0 apology or otherwise. The kid who delivered just went on a little rant about, how hard it is to find houses (he drove up and down our street on the other side of the street for almost 4 minutes before my husband finally walked out.)
