Normally this place decent , I come maybe twice a month. Today I order at the kiosk at 12:01, I’m the only person inside it takes almost 15 minutes before they bring my food to me in a to go bag (I thought I ordered it for here) and man the McCrispy chicken sandwich was hella dry, fries were just ok and my Arnold Palmer was too damn sweet and normally I’m all for a drink with more sugar , won’t be back
I agree with the other reviewers that someone from their corporate office should check on this location or at least the owner of the franchise needs to know what is going on at the branch. Sunday we waited in the car drive-through for 36 minutes only to get up to the pay window and no one was there she just vanished so the guy at the at the next window waved us forward. When I mentioned to him that the pay person disappeared he didn’t acknowledge. It took another two or three minutes to get our bag of food. I moved up to the next space to let the person behind me pick up their food. I decided to check my order and realized one full sandwich and the hashbrowns are missing from my order. The drive-through line was still extremely long so I didn’t get back in line. I pulled up to go inside To get the remaining of my order. All the doors were locked, which I thought was weird because I thought they had to be open during business hours. There were two other people trying to come inside to order knocking on the glass windows. I’m very upset that I paid for items that I never got, and there was no way to actually make contact with someone to get the remaining of my order by the time this was all done. It was 10:36 AM so breakfast had stopped serving. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location. I’ve been there before placed an order inside the building for cookies. Only to be told 10 minutes later they were out of cookies. There was no attempt to offer a refund. They just gave us pies instead if we wanted pies, we would’ve ordered pies this location is suffering big time.
This place has the worst management night and day shifts. Time after time they get our order wrong and take a ridiculous amount of time to prepare it. Edit as my wife is eating her meal from this visit this is what we find. This place has some real shady and ignorant employees I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Here we are months later and this location not only is the slowest but also the most inaccurate at making orders. Some of the staff is friendly but most are just miserable jerks. Update 10/12/25 10:38am Placed a mobile order after sitting for 20 minutes i decide to go in and check on my order. All the doors are locked. Once again this location is complete crap and needs a total do over with employees. I will be contacting corporate at this point. Way to many errors with no forward progress
Consistently horrible service. Manager Eric just smiles and says we’re under staffed. Person at the window has no clue about customer service. Which makes complete sense after speaking to manager. It all starts with the leader.
For a McDonald's it's great. Workers have all been friendly and they are prompt. For Mickey D's who could ask for more?
