Kaytlan was the most professional and smart bartender I’ve experienced!

My experience here was horrible, I am here for a convention with me and my coworkers. We are very far away from home and we were just trying to have a great experience and immediately we sat at one of the high top tables. We were just enjoying the night and immediately one the employees came up to us and demanded we show our ID's. Mind you Noone at the door question us or demanding to see our identification. It's around 10 pm. We get asked to leave because our friends ID was expired. Shes a 40 yr old women and we are all similar in age. We clearly look older but bc my friends ID was expired by a month they said we had to leave the premises. We spent $40 here just to get kicked out. Not cool.

I paid for the pianist to play several songs and none were played over several hours. I’ve never been to a piano bar that you don’t pay for songs to be played and then they don’t get played. It was a week night and not busy. The staff was rude both nights. They need to work on their customer service.

We have lived 2 miles from here since it opened and this is the first time we’ve visited. We started at Double Cut and the service at the bar was terrible so we walked next door to Redds. Tammy is amazing on the piano. Kaytlan, Paige and Jeff are all amazing behind the bar and we’ll definitely be back. So fun!!
