I ordered from door dash, and it was horrible. They gave me two little skinny pieces of catfish it didn't even taste like anything, the fondue didn't come with bread but had a picture of bread in the picture so I still had to make my food, because why would I just order dip. And the bread pudding was disgusting, no flavor. $30 gone out the window. Smh I will never order from here again
The food was really good. Everything else- TERRIBLE. The atmosphere was quiet- which gave no sense of privacy and it was HOT. There was only one waitress. No soda. She gave us tea- and 20 min later brought out appetizer. Which was spicy. And never came and filled our drinks. Tended to one table the whole time and we sat and waited and waited and she just never came back. Until our food came out. She was rude and unhelpful. Won’t come back bc the atmosphere and service
My family loves this place so much we make a point to eat there once a week. The food is great. The fries are some of the best around. The wait staff are some of the nicest ladies I've ever had bring me a meal. We usually get the grilled blackened catfish sandwich, the blackened shrimp étouffée, and the blackened shrimp pirogue. Their hushpuppies are wonderful. Their sweet tea is super good too. Only slight complaint is that it gets really warm in the dining room in the summer during the day. But it is Texas and the cost of doing business.
Food was great. Service was less than desired. Waiting for waitress often. Waitress¹had to make the drinks! No manager on friday night. No bartender to make drinks. So if you have time. Come here. But, if you like to enjoy the wait, skip it.
