Urban Cowboy Catering was a fantastic catering company to work with. From the tasting appointment to the actual event, Chris and Jose were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to allow the day to run smoothly. Chris suggested we use a day-of coordinator, and she was a great addition. Magdalena was so helpful with making sure everything went according to plan and allowed my wife and me to focus on enjoying the day. The food was delicious! We had a grazing table, and the guac cart for appetizers, and avocado salmon, queso chicken, or braised short rib for dinner. Every choice was good, and our guests raved about how delicious everything was. The bartending service was excellent, too! We were able to rent a photo booth through them as well, and that was a big hit! It kept the kids occupied all night, and I think we broke the record with how many pictures we took. Overall, Urban Cowboy Catering is the way to go as far as catering, etc., for wedding ceremonies and receptions!

Urban Cowboy Catering hosted two nights of corporate dinners for our yearly retreat. The food was great, the team was a pleasure to work with, and our team was happy! The photo booth was also super fun and everyone enjoyed it! I would like to add that we had a LOT of special requests and dietary restrictions and they were willing and able to accommodate. It was GREATLY appreciated! Would definitely hire again for future events. :)

We hired Urban Cowboy for a Graduation party for 150. We were beyond happy with our decision to go with them. The team members who arrived to assemble the charcuterie grazing board, we're on time, super professional and left us with a gorgeous piece of art. This table was over the top and such an incredible centerpiece of the party. There was wonderful variety, and surprises like dragon fruit. This display stole the show! Thank you so much for providing an incredible grazing board for the graduation party for our daughters.

We chose Urban Cowboy as our wedding caterer at Star Hill Ranch after we got screwed over by Royal Fig. Urban Cowboy got us in for a tasting right away and we absolutely loved the food and options they had available. Once we started working with Urban Cowboy, we wished we had gone with them from the very beginning. Their prices were much fairer and the food was better quality. Our food bill ended up being $6000 less than what Royal Fig had charged us. Urban Cowboy also gave us a few free (and welcome) perks because they knew we had lost $8000 to the Royal Fig situation. We went with 4 apps and a Harvest Table for cocktail hour. The flavor combo on the Prosciutto skewers got rave reviews, as did the Karaage Chicken. We went with a family style dinner with passed plates. Urban Cowboy let us slightly modify their standard menu choices to suit our needs. The beef filet and chicken parm we had as our main course got complimented on by many of our guests (Many of whom were New York Italians used to REALLY good chicken parm at home), as did the sides. For dessert, we had some carnival food (it really fit our venue well!) and someone walking around making canolis. All in all, it was a very windy day in the hill country with touch-and-go weather, and Urban Cowboy was flexible while delivering exactly the quality of food and service we wanted for our big day. They were communicative and easy to work with, and I think they have the best quality to cost ratio of any Austin area caterer we dealt with.

Hired Urban Cowboy for our wedding. They were very expedient in their responses and had a streamlined process for menu review, payment, tasting, and other coordination efforts. The appetizers, grazing table, and food from the buffet were delicious receiving compliments from our guests. The entire team cared about our wedding to ensure our satisfaction leading up to and on the day of the event.
